Shake Shack Junction 8

Disappointing experience, was looking forward to indulge in some fast food but it turns out not to be. ⏰ timeline as follows: 1644 completed order via app 1656 got our burgers only after I approached counter to check, and got a buzzer to wait for my fries 1706 finished burger and still waiting on fries so I had to approached counter again 🍔 it was a 1-1 shrooms burger deal so there’s nothing much to complain about, quality was still consistent with other outlets 🍟 this was quite the disaster, aside of not having fries to go with our burger, it came lukewarm after waiting for 10 minutes - asked for refund and they can’t do it and had to replace it, which didn’t taste great either, felt like they just tossed it back in to reheat… The lack of synergy between the app and their offline workflow is horrendous, I probably wouldn’t get my food after an hour if I didn’t probe, seeing that there’s so many other diners waiting on their food as we spent over 25 minutes in a fast food restaurant, before dinner crowd too.

tried the new Pyogo Galbi Shack and the Salsa Jangajji Fries, and they were unfortunately a huge let down. the salsa was a bit too salty and lacked any real flavour. the burger was quite bland too, and the mushrooms and kale just didn’t well go together. there was barely any galbi sauce either, or i could hardly taste it. not the best limited time burgers from shake shack unfortunately. but the main menu selection is always consistently good so i’ll continue to have those instead!

Dropped by Shake Shack Junction 8 after my kid’s JSA event—perfect way to refuel! Tried the SmokeShack™, the classic Hamburger, and the MICHELIN-starred Pyo:go Galbi Shack. Couldn’t leave without a cold ShackMeister™ Ale 🍺. Great food, great vibes!

It is my worst experience ever. I have been waiting for 30 minutes, and i still have not got my food. I am not the only one who complained, the elderly gentleman after me is still waiting, and he is hungry. All i ordered was a classic shake, and a chicken shack burger. And the thing, it was a really quiet period with no crowds. The delivery guys waiting to collect the food orders, are also complaining and cancelling their delivery orders, It should not be this way.

Independent outlet by itself, 2-stories, located at Bishan Mrt station. However place is crowded during meal hours and there are inconsiderate patrons who hog tables for their work or tables! Mgmt pls do something about these group of people in the restaurant. Price is certainly on the expensive end for fast food, easily 2.5 times more expensive than other fast food around bishan. The new "cherry" beverage thingy pls give it a miss... not tasty at all!
