Quite nice Taiwanese comfort food. Takeaway only. The meal was served very efficiently in spite of the popularity among the visitors of the mall. It's clear that the XXL breaded fried chicken is by far the most popular menu. If fiery fried chicken is your favorite, this one is right up your alley. The rice meal ($7.6) comes not only with the chicken, but also century egg and silky tofu as side dishes, all of whom were of high quality. The chicken was succulent in the inside, while still being crispy on the outside. The century egg was not smell bad, unlike many of similar products here in Singapore.
I tried their XXL crispy fried chicken and it is super hot and spicy. It tasted really good but the quantity is huge so could not try any other items on the menu.
The entire IMM outlet told us they have instructions cannot redeem today. can only start on 1st June which is not valid because the T&C DID NOT STATE SO, it stated 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE and the QR code is already available for USE NOW. Expiry also effective from NOW + a month. So what is this all about?!?! Your confusing internal communications has caused me a wasted trip to go to the branch and incurred extra parking charges just to try reasoning through to the 3 staff members.
Good food as always and they have this new KEK collab cereal chicken which really has the Zi Char taste! Really Exceeded my expectations!
Your staff is critizing customers behind their back. Sept 21st 330pm. After ordering, I asked if we could get a small drink. After rejection from your staff, all was fine but my partner was still there waiting for the order. Your staff started making mean comments like brainless people, stupid people.. They didn't know my partner was right infront of them so meaning your employee will talk bad about customers right infront of other public audience.
