Service is really poor. Called to order the longevity peach ice cream cake the day before, but on the day of lunch, we realised the staff who received the call order did not register it. End up the staff have to prepare on the spot. After our meals, not enough staff to clear our plates, took very long and end up the staff only cleared halfway & disappeared. We had to ask the only commendable staff, Gary, to help. After that, the cake took quite a while to come as they are understaffed, and the manager gave us plates but no utensils for the cake! Again, we asked Gary for help and it was speedy. For a weekend lunch, the staff strength is poor and not prompt nor alert, we had to constantly go up to counter to enquire/ask for help. The food is decent with good portion, and Gary was most helpful - 2 stars for them. If you want to celebrate a special day, forget about this place.
There is a consistency of food quality at Swenson’s and thus it is always a long queue and reservation is not available. We all enjoyed our meals. The place is packed and they are obviously short-handed. The service staff served us as best as they could despite the crunch.
Came on weekday dinner. Service was kind of slow as there were few staff in the hall. Food was okay though, similar to the usual standard. Tried the kunafa ice cream but its a miss for us!! The kunafa tasted so raw and hard to bite. Not the best outlet but i guess its fine if you live nearby.
Great delicious food with great ambiance. Compliments to Mr Steve for giving the right recommended promotions that was worth trying. Had spicy chicken mala, baked fish rice and kid loves the truffle mushroom burger. Food was served by Mr Buck wei with smiles! Our wonderful lunch well spent. Service excellence indeed !
Good membership benefits including free drink and free sundae during birthday month. Staff were helpful and readily willing to help us cancel our wrong order. Food was also not bad. Only drawback was that the salad's prawns did not have its poop removed.
