Service staff here is always friendly! Been here multiple times! My daughter always love the sizzling cheese burger. Tableside service with staff pouring cheese sauce onto the hot plate. There's a 1 for 1 offer now for Christmas sundaes. Ordered the biscotti cheesecake sundae and hot fudge sundae. Very good deal! The biscotti cheesecake sundae is quite unique, the mouth feel of the ice cream is pretty satisfying, not too thin and watery with some chewy bite but not icy and hard. The service is very friendly, helped me redeem the offer. I come here quite often, and even at peak period the staff is very friendly and nice although can see they are quite stressed they still put in effort to smile and treat customers warmly.

We came here to celebrate my mum’s birthday - there were some changes to the membership system, it is fully on Telegram now, making it more convenient to redeem your e-vouchers. Food is as good as I can recall, thank you Aaron for the lovely and meticulous service - always checking in on our orders, making sure we get what we need & explaining how to utilise our rewards. Appreciate your help!

We went Swensen for company dinner with our colleagues. LUQMAN is good customer service and helps to process our reservation smoothly. Actually we already reserved but can’t find the records. Finally he solve the problem. $ 50 for 1 stamp for membership. Membership for free. Space is widely however a lot of customers there. Before you visit please reserve table is better. Food & juice 🥤 is nice. Ice cream is the best. Location at Tampines Mall level 3 . Thank you LUQMAN & Swensen Teams @ Tampines. 😊

Been some years since I had Swensen's and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes and improved taste of the food. The ice cream was amazing as usual and I did find the redemption of their discounts via telegram quite innovative. For this branch though, staff seemed quite blur and it was quite hard to flag down a waiter if we had queries for the food or discount vouchers. That said, it was fun to have food delivered by cat robot 😁

Food was decent. Nothing really stood out for me to want to have a second round. Service the other hand was quite bad. Food took pretty long to come as well and they came slowly like 1 by 1. By the time we get all our food already cold. Ngl we also got quite annoyed ,almost half the time having our hands raised in the air waiting for service staff. Staffs also seem quite underhanded serving the large number of tables and look like they quite shagged out. We legit just saw the manager walking ard half the time doing nothing. Got his attention to clear our table, he cleared and put the dirty plates to the empty table beside us and walked away, moments later a service crew had to clear for him. We really laughed quite hard when we saw this. Feedback to management to please get more service crews or downside the number of tables. Sorry but i wouldn’t be back here again for this kind of dinning experience 😓
